Are your products third‑party tested?

Yes. We test for identity, potency, and purity. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available by lot number (see “COA Lookup”).

How much caffeine do you use?

We target effective ranges for focus and training while minimizing crash. Check each label for exact amounts and follow Responsible Use guidance.

Can I stack multiple products?

Yes — but combine one primary stimulant source at a time. Good stacks pair a stimulant with hydration/electrolytes and targeted nootropics. Start with a partial serving to assess tolerance.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re rolling out country by country. Availability and rates are shown at checkout. Some products may not be available in all regions due to local regulations.

What is your return policy?

If something isn’t working for you, contact us within the stated return window. Unopened items in original packaging are typically eligible; opened items may be handled case‑by‑case. See Shipping & Returns below.

How do subscriptions work?

If enabled, choose a delivery frequency. You can pause, skip, or cancel before your next renewal. We’ll email reminders ahead of each charge.

Allergens & dietary preferences?

See each product label for allergen disclosures and dietary certifications. Discontinue use if an undesired reaction occurs.

Are your products safe for athletes (WADA/USADA/NCAA)?

Always verify with your governing body. Ingredient standards and thresholds vary by organization.

How should I store products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Retain packaging for COA lookup.

Shipping & Returns

Processing: Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Peak periods may require more time.

Delivery: Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery confirmation.

Returns: Contact us within the return window stated at checkout/receipt. Unopened items in original packaging are usually eligible. Opened items are handled case‑by‑case to ensure product integrity and fairness.

Damaged/Incorrect items: Email a photo and lot number so we can investigate and resolve quickly.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@kaiserlabs.org with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

COA Lookup (Certificates of Analysis)

Find your lot number on the product label or package. Then email us at info@kaiserlabs.org with the lot number and product name. We’ll reply with the relevant COA PDF.
