We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (including suspected fraud or abuse). When shipping is enabled, risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery confirmation. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Our returns policy is available on the Help page and applies to eligible products and timeframes.

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, testimonials), you grant KaiserLabs a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes, subject to applicable law. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAISERLABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
