General Guidance
- Read the full label before use and follow serving instructions.
- Do not exceed the suggested serving or daily maximum.
- Allow time to assess personal tolerance before stacking products.
- Hydrate adequately throughout the day; hydration impacts energy and cognition.
Caffeine & Stimulation
- Be mindful of total daily caffeine intake from all sources (coffee, tea, energy drinks, supplements).
- Avoid caffeine within 6–8 hours of intended sleep to reduce sleep disruption.
- If you are sensitive to caffeine, start with a partial serving and do not combine multiple stimulant products.
Stacking & Timing
- Combine at most one primary stimulant source at a time.
- For training days, consider: pre‑workout (focus/drive) → intra‑workout (hydration/electrolytes) → post (recovery).
- For deep‑work blocks, consider: smooth caffeine + hydration/electrolytes; avoid large sugar spikes that may cause crashes.
Allergens & Dietary Needs
Check each product page and label for allergen disclosures and dietary certifications. Discontinue use if an undesired reaction occurs.
Interactions & Medical Conditions
- Consult a healthcare professional if you are taking medications (including MAO inhibitors, stimulants, or blood pressure medications).
- Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience adverse effects such as rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, or shortness of breath.
- Individuals with cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, or psychiatric conditions should consult a clinician before use.
Athletes & Compliance
If you are a tested athlete, verify compliance with your governing body (e.g., WADA/USADA/NCAA). Ingredient standards and thresholds vary by organization.
Energy Drinks & Carbonation
- Do not consume more than the suggested number of cans per day.
- Avoid combining multiple energy drinks or pre‑workouts in a short window.
- If sensitive to carbonation or acidity, consume slowly and with food as needed.
Storage & Handling
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Do not use if the product seal is broken or missing.
- Check the best‑by date and lot number; retain packaging for COA lookup.
